My daughter felt Brian Dee would be a perfect fit for my husband and me as we searched for a new home in Florida after living on a self maintained farm for 28 years. She was right. Brian was warm and seemed to personally care about finding the right home for us. We looked in a generic way with Brian early winter to more or less familiarize ourselves with the areas available. Once we sold the farm and had money in hand, we high tailed it to Florida and seriously looked with Brian for less than a week (but we covered a lot of ground). This started on a Thursday and by Tuesday the next week when I was almost depressed, we found the perfect home for us, made an offer and the rest is history. They countered once, we came back with a firm offer and they accepted our offer. We bought a home! Brian arranged thru his office to get us a loan, we closed, we had some renovations done which Brian also helped with and now we are trying to get our nest feathered and fluffed to our expectations. We will not have everything we ordered until late October but we plan to invite Brian over for a shindig at that time. I would highly recommend Brian Dee to anyone looking to find their perfect landing spot in our part of Florida.
