Hello! My name is Brian Dee, and I am a local realtor with Century 21 Beggins covering the Tampa Bay area. Having been an avid boater for most of my life, my wife and I decided to relocate to Tampa Bay well over a decade ago when I was looking for an ideal place to work and play in a great waterfront community. Some of my family had moved here over 30 years ago, so we were familiar with the area and found the fit very comfortable. Our search for a waterfront home covered the Bay and beyond, from Tarpon Springs on the north side all the way to Venice in the south. The values and selection of waterfront made Apollo Beach the obvious choice. Its location put us in the middle of everything from Tampa and Brandon to the north and Bradenton and Sarasota to the south. The location of the Tampa Bay Sailing Squadron here in Apollo Beach was the final straw for this sailor, and we found our home here - not to be disappointed after settling in, and with my sailboat at the back door. We originally relocated here from New York, having taken early retirement and looking forward to play on the Bay. We had a great time while investments and real estate appreciated through the first several years here. We, like most others, were affected by the turndown in the stock market, and I decided it might be a good idea to get back to work. Real estate presented me with the opportunity to work as hard as I wanted and earn a living while helping others, and in an industry that had always held my interest. After getting my license I was even more certain that real estate was the right choice. Century 21 Beggins was a perfect fit for me, and I welcomed the opportunity to combine my prior business management and sales experience with my new profession.
